Franklin Park, a vibrant community with a rich history dating back to the 1800s, was settled by Revolutionary War veterans and named after the esteemed American statesman Ben Franklin. Here, residents enjoy a diverse range of recreational activities, including golfing at the Clover Hill Golf Course, a beloved 9-hole course, and playing at Blueberry Park, spanning 87 acres and home to the 200-year-old Jones-Neely Log House. The community celebrates here for the annual “Festival in the Park,” a cherished June tradition for over 35 years, featuring a parade, fireworks, inflatables, games, magic shows, and a beer garden.

History also permeates with the Franklin Park Borough Building, a historic structure dating back to the early 20th century and on the National Register of Historic Places as well as Pittsburgh-favorite Soergels Farm, a local gem offering fresh produce and family-friendly activities for all to enjoy.
